What this site is

A presentation of the firm and of the work it does. Nothing on it is an offer, a valuation, a recommendation or investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on it forms a contract.

Figures, yields and market comments, where they appear, are general and do not take your circumstances into account. Property values can fall as well as rise.

The images are generated

The flight on the home page and the header image on every section are computer-generated: they are an atmosphere, not a record. They do not depict any specific property, and no property shown is for sale or held by the firm.

This applies to every header image on the site, including any added later.

Intellectual property

The name Mesal Assets, its monogram and its wordmark belong to the firm. The texts, the layout and the generated imagery may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

We take care that the content is accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free of error or that the site is always available. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of what is written here.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
